OFFICE ASSISTANT
Job Summary
: Answer & route incoming calls; provide customer service. Input data, file, assist in typing letters/memos (using WordPerfect) and provide clerical support as necessary. May maintain appointment logs. May run errands. Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum qualifications
: A high school diploma, college education preferred. Must type at least 45 wpm, have strong experience with MS-Word or preferably with WordPerfect and be proficient in word processing. Must be able to demonstrate verbal and written communication skills. Business attire is required.
Compensation
: $21,000-$45,000 DOQ.
Schedule
: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. While overtime is quite rare, on time attendance is always a must.
